Pet policy and guidelines
While we do accept pets, please understand that we have a very strict pet policy that we adhere to. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet policy, even if you do not have a pet. All applicants must complete a No Pet, Pet or Animal Profile on PetScreening after submitting an application.
PetScreening allows you to create a public facing pet profile that can be shared with pet professionals, pet sitters, doggy day cares, a new vet in the future, etc. Additionally the information created in your pet profile will be shared with us. PetScreening does charge a $20 fee to screen the first pet and a $15 fee to screen the additional pet. There is not a fee if applicant does not have a pet.
Based off of the information you provide to PetScreening, a pet score will also be delivered to us. Pet scores range from 5 to 1 with a score of 5 being low risk and a score of 1 being high risk. Pet scores of 2 or 1 will be denied.

- Akita - including Japanese and Akita Inu
- American Bull Dog
- Bernese - including Mountain Dog, Berner Sennenhund and Bernese Cattle Dog
- Bull Terrier
- Chow Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Husky - including American Eskimo, Siberian and Greenland
- Malamute
- Mastiffs - including Anatolian Shepherd, Dogue de Bordeaux, Neopolitian, Tibetan, English, Spanish and Bullmastiff
- Pit-bull Terrier
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Terrier
- Wolf Hybrids

- Dogs with biting history will be denied
- Pet scores from PetScreening of a 2 or 1 will result in denial
- Dogs must be 24 months of age or older
- Cats must be at least 12 months of age or older
- Male cats must be neutered
- All pets must be current on vaccinations and vaccination records must be submitted into PetScreening
- Photos of pets must be added into PetScreening
- Ferrets, reptiles or rodents of any kind are not permitted
- Birds must be confined in cages and not allowed to reside outside their cage
- Fish aquariums are not permitted
Pet violation fee
If one or more pet resides at the property without a signed pet agreement, there will be a $500 per pet violation charge plus a $10 per day pet violation fee until the pet(s) are removed from the property.
